Day 1 - SPLIT

Transfer from the Split airport to Split harbour for check-in from 14.00h onwards. After settling in, enjoy the guided tour of Split, a historic town under UNESCO world heritage protection with an abundance of Roman architecture – of special interest is the magnificent Diocletian Palace, once the home to the Roman Emperor. After the tour, return to the ship for a welcome meet & greet cocktail reception on board. Overnight in Split. (D)

Day 2 - SPLIT – (BOL) HVAR

Morning departure to the island of Brač, where swimming is planned at the most famous beach in Dalmatia – Zlatni Rat near Bol. Its shingle promontory shifts from side to side as the wind and waves constantly cause the beach shape to change. Bol is a typical fishermen’s village converted into a popular tourist destination yet retaining its charm. Continue towards the jet-set island of Hvar with lunch on board at the Pakleni Islands. Hvar is the longest and sunniest island in the Adriatic, known for lush lavender fields and breath-taking beauty. Arrive in the afternoon for a guided tour of the town’s historical landmarks - the Renaissance cathedral with its original tower, and the oldest community theatre in Europe founded in 1612. Hike up the zig-zag path to the town fort overlooking the harbour for lovely scenic views of the vessel and the Pakleni islands. In the evening Hvar offers a great choice of entertainment - numerous restaurants, bars and clubs with many open long into the night. Overnight in the port. (B,L)

Day 3 - HVAR – BIŠEVO (Blue Cave)/ VIS

Early morning cruise towards the small island Biševo to visit the Blue Cave, a magnificent natural phenomenon (entrance to be paid on the spot – approx. 18EUR). As sometimes weather conditions can be very unpredictable, the possibility of a cave visit will depend on those conditions however, you will be notified in time. Continue to the island of Vis, once a strategic naval Yugoslav base and closed to the public for years. Due to this isolation, Vis retains a special charm – “the Mediterranean as it once was” making it really interesting to visit. Situated on the northern side of the island, Vis has developed near the remains of ancient Issa, the first urban centre in Croatia. Sample local wines. If interested, visit the remains of the Roman Thermal Place, the City Museum or simply take a walk enjoying the views of the beautiful Villae Rusticae situated along the waterfront. Day 4 VIS - KORČULA

Early morning departure towards the island of Korčula, best known as the birthplace of Marco Polo. Stop for lunch in one of the secluded bays en route. Afternoon arrival in Korčula followed by a guided walking tour of this enchanting town surrounded by walls and one of the best-preserved medieval cities in the Mediterranean. The fishbone street pattern was used in Korčula Old Town’s design to provide a natural cooling effect providing citizens with sheltered and comfortable accommodation. Optional excursion to a small village near Korčula for a typical Dalmatian dinner and to find out more about the history and traditional way of living. Overnight in Korčula. (B,L)

Day 5 - KORČULA - MLJET

The next morning, head further south to the Island of Mljet. The legend says Greek hero Odysseus spent years on this island when he was captured by the nymph Calypso. Join the cruise manager for a stroll to the famous salt lakes in the Mljet National Park and enjoy the boat ride to St. Mary Isle to visit an ancient Benedictine monastery, an old abbey and a Church dating back to the 12th Century. Alternatively, rent kayaks, bicycles, scooters or convertible cars to roam around the National Park or island on your own, but beware of the nymphs! Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the island. Overnight in port Polača or Pomena. (B,L)

Day 6 - MLJET – SLANO (STON)

Departure for the small village of Slano on the mainland, a peaceful fishermen's village and the starting point for Ston, another, once fortified small village famous for its oysters. After exploring the town’s vast medieval ramparts, heading for a small village nearby Mali Ston to learn more about oysters and a special tasting of this delicacy. Transfer back to the vessel for the Captain’s dinner with live entertainment. (B, L, T, CD)

Day 7 - SLANO (STON) – DUBROVNIK

Early morning departure to Dubrovnik, one of the world's most beautifully preserved medieval cities. Before tied up at the Gruž harbour, enjoy a cruise alongside the old Dubrovnik city walls while lunch is served on deck. After docking, transfer to the old town for the guided walking tour of this magical town. Take the cable car from the Old Town to Srđ mountain to enjoy scenic views of the Walls and the Elaphiti Islands. Meander through the narrow streets, exploring the Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque architecture or walk on top of the 1940 m long city walls. Overnight in Dubrovnik. (B, L)

Day 2 - Dubrovnik

Head to Dubrovnik - a unique town on the Adriatic. The special charm of this ancient town are the buildings that have remained almost unchanged from the time of the old Dubrovnik Republic. A larger part of the monuments belonging to the modest Renaissance architecture with some traces of the Gothic style. Before we tie the ropes at Gruž harbour we will cruise alongside the old Dubrovnik city walls while lunch is served on deck. After docking, we transfer to the old town for the guided walking tour of this magical place. Later we take the cable car from the Old Town to Srđ mountain to enjoy scenic views of the Walls and Elaphiti Islands. For those with more enthusiasm we recommend a walk on top of the 1940 m long city walls! Time at leisure for dinner and overnight in Dubrovnik.

Day 3 - Slano & Ston

Cruise to the small village of Slano on the mainland, a peaceful fishermen's village and the starting point for a visit to the enchanting village of Ston, another, once fortified small village famous for its oysters. After exploring the town’s medieval ramparts a short coastal walk leads us to an oyster farm to learn more about oysters and perhaps to try some of this delicious treat. Transfer back to the ship for the Captain’s dinner with entertainment and music.

Day 4 - Mljet National Park and St Mary Isle

Continue south to the Island of Mljet. Legend has it that Greek hero Odysseus spent years on this island when he was captured by the nymph Calypso. Depart early and head to Korčula Island, the birthplace of Marco Polo, mooring for lunch in a secluded bay en route. We will arrive in Korčula in the afternoon, in time for a guided walking tour of this enchanting walled town, one of the best preserved medieval cities in the Mediterranean. A fish bone street pattern was used in the old town design to minimise the effects of wind and sun and provide citizens with sheltered and comfortable accommodation. Korčula has a wide choice of restaurants to enjoy your gourmet experience and there are numerous bars for those looking for evening entertainment. An optional excursion is available to a small village near Korčula for a typical Dalmatian dinner and to find out more about the history and traditional way of living. Overnight in Korčula.

Day 6 - Blue cave at Bisevo & Vis Island

Early morning cruise towards small island Biševo to visit the Blue cave, a magnificent natural phenomenon (Weather permitting). Continue to the island of Vis, once Yugoslavia's main naval base and so closed to the public. Due to this isolation, Vis has a special charm – “the Mediterranean as it once was” making it really interesting to visit. On the northern side of the island, Vis has developed near the remains of the ancient Issa, the first urban center in Croatia. Try some exquisite wines in one of Vis' traditional wineries. If interested, visit the remains of the Roman thermal place, city museum or simply take a walk enjoying the views of the beautiful Villae Rusticae situated along the waterfront. Overnight in the port of Vis.

Admiral was built specifically to cruise the beautiful Adriatic Coast of Croatia. Small enough to fit into the historic ports and harbours that are mostly out of bounds to larger vessels, she provides a fantastic base to explore the islands and coastline.

You will usually start your days with breakfast as you cruise towards your destination for the day. Perhaps after a coffee on the large sun deck you will stop for a swim in a secluded bay en-route. After lunch on board you will arrive in your destination for the day, and have the afternoon to explore before choosing one of the many great erstaurants and cafes that line the ports we stop in.

With a large sun deck with hot tub, air conditioned dining room, outside lounge, rear swim plateform and 20 ensuite cabins, all with air conditioning, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax.

MV Admiral is a stunning 43 metre long and 9 metre wide Deluxe vessel. Built in 2015 with latest state-of-the-art equipment and amenities, MV Admiral carries just 39 passengers in 19 twin or double cabins and 1 single cabin, guaranteeing an intimate setting for all guests.

MS Adriatic Pearl was launched 2012 and completely refurbished in 2017. She is a premium class 41 m (134 ft) long, 8.5 m (28 ft) wide vessel with a cruising speed of 9 knots. Adriatic Pearl has 18 ensuite cabins, all fully air-conditioned, and she carries a maximum of 40 passengers. She has a fully air conditioned salon-restaurant with a well equipped bar and LCD TV. At the rear of the vessel there is a shaded lounge area with tables and comfortable sofas. The top "sun deck“ is equipped with sun loungers and a jacuzzi and provides a great spot to rest while cruising and to take in the 360 degree views. WIFI is available free of charge in the salon and in the rear part of the vessel.

MV Aquamarin is a luxury vessel that was launched in 2017 and is more like a floating boutique hotel than a cruise ship. She has 19 double and twin cabins that can accommodate 38 passengers. She has 8 lower deck cabins and 11 main deck cabins, all with en-suite shower and W/C, and air conditioning, wardrobe, safe, TV (no one ever watches!), hairdryer, table and chair.

Aquamarin is 43 metres long and 8.5 metres wide, and was built specifically for cruising the Croatian Islands. She has a large sun deck, spacious dining room and lounge and a swimming platform at the rear. Aquamarin was designed to be able to access the small ports and harbours of Croatia's Adriatic coast and islands that are out ouf bounds to even medium size cruise ships.

Hello Caroline, I'm sssooooo sorry to be so late in sending comments about our Small Ship Fantazija cruise from Split to Dubrovnik. The whole trip to celebrate our Golden Wedding was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS from beginning to end. Fantazija was a perfect size ,plenty of room to relax and have fun with all the guests. Our cabin was just lovely- Cabin 7 with access to the walkway. Everything clean, tidy, beautiful bedding and towels. A lovely bottle of wine from you for our anniversary- so kind.

We couldn't have had a better group of travellers- we bonded from the first meeting. We sailed early each morning before a hearty breakfast of various items- mmmmm tasty!! Each swim spot was amazing. Each port of call after lunch was wonderful. The arranged tours and trips were well organised and we were delighted with them all especially the visits to the Oyster Farm and the Wine Cellar.. A slight disappointment was not having complimentary tea or coffee during the day. Many ,many thanks for all your excellent arrangements. We cannot speak highly enough of our first Small Ship Cruise, a fabulous holiday to celebrate our special Golden Anniversary. Diolch o galon,thank you so much, H & D
